In compliance with Legislative Decree. 10 March 2023 n. 24 and in implementation of the European Directive (UE) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, “on the protection of persons reporting breaches of European Union law",
COMET Srl makes the specific web channel available to collect reports from all stakeholders anonymously, in compliance with law n.179 of 30 November 2017 with modification of article 54-bis of the legislative decree 30 March 2001 n. 165 (Whistleblowing).
The the content of any report will be delivered anonymously through reporting software, which guarantees confidentiality through an encryption protocol.
An ID is associated with the report, i.e. a unique anonymous numerical identification code which does not allow the Reporter to be identified in any way, which therefore can remain anonymous and without the need to enter any personal or personal data.
Such code will allow the Reporter to access the Reporting System to check any requests for clarifications and the evaluation status of the report
AND duty of each Reporter to diligently keep the identification code unique to the report.
